We are thrilled to share that our ONE62 development in Hythe has been nominated for three accolades in the British Homes Awards 2020: Small development of the year, Development of the year (under £10m) and Apartment development of the year!

The prestigious organisation has expressed that despite this turbulent time, they had an amazing response to entries and the calibre of projects were exceptional making the competition extremely tough. Given this circumstance, we are mighty proud for making it through to the shortlist.

ONE62 comprises six contemporary and stylish apartments designed by award winning architect Guy Hollaway. Its contemporary design aims to deliver a modern feel while remaining in harmony with the surrounding streetscape and adjoining listed building. We had to overcome several challenges to complete this development. We worked hard on value engineering and sourcing in order to deliver the project without compromising the end result.

This recent announcement from the British Homes Awards reinforces our desire to continue to build innovative developments that uplift people’s way of life. The British Homes Awards is an institution that honours every aspect of housebuilding from one-off houses to major developments with categories ranging from interiors to landscaping, and individual extensions to placemaking on a grand scale.
