Martin has worked in property and construction since 2007; prior to that he worked in a number of different roles in the hospitality industry. He has specifc expertise in hotel real estate advisory, having worked for as Director of Capital Markets for a hotel real estate advisory brokerage specialising in upscale market in UK, Europe and Middle East until 2012.

In the period since then, Martin has worked on a number of high quality new-build and refurbishment projects. He has been delivering projects for MELT Property since early 2019.
