OUR PROPOSAL
Melt Property is working in conjunction with Espalier Ventures to develop a mixed-use scheme at Clapham Road.
We have worked closely with Lambeth Council, to ensure that all aspects of planning and design
for the Clapham Road development conform to the current Georgian typology; whilst also enhancing the frontage of the site
that sits within St. Mark’s conservation area.
